Hungary’s incoming prime minister, Peter Magyar, has warned that he will order the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he enters the country. This is a sharp reversal of predecessor Viktor Orban’s policy. Hungary’s Orbán Warns: “A 3rd World War Is Knocking On The Door” Before leaving, Orban initiated Hungary’s withdrawal from the  International Criminal Court (ICC). While speaking at a press conference on Monday, Magyar said he would halt this action. As a member, Budapest would be legally responsible for enforcing arrest warrants. The ICC issued warrants for Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant in 2024 over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. –RT “I made it clear to the Israeli prime minister that we are not stepping back [from the ICC]. It is the Tisza government’s intention to stop this and for Hungary to remain a member,” Magyar said. “So I think I didn’t mislead anyone. If a country is a member of the ICC and if a person who is wanted enters that country’s territory, they must be taken into custody… I assume that every state and government leader is aware of these regulations.” Earlier this week, Israel said that Magyar had…

The U.S. Navy successfully demonstrated a new standoff strike weapon earlier this month with the aim of extending the strike range of carrier-based fighter aircraft. The munition, called the GBU-75 Joint Direct Attack Munition Long Range, or JDAM-LR, was operated from an F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter during testing at the Navy’s Point Mugu Sea Range, California. The JDAM-LR builds on the existing Joint Direct Attack Munition, a Boeing-developed guidance kit that converts unguided “dumb” bombs into precision-guided munitions. Standard JDAMs rely on a tail control system and GPS while functioning as gravity bombs with ranges of roughly 15 nautical miles, depending on release conditions. The long-range variant is an upgraded version of this guidance kit that adds a compact propulsion system, including a small Kratos-made turbojet engine and deployable wings by Ferra Engineering, that extend the bomb’s range to hundreds of miles. The system is designed to integrate with existing aircraft already capable of hosting JDAM weapons, which allows for rapid fielding. The JDAM-LR’s successful flight demonstrations included validating safe separation from aircraft, testing its ability to conduct controlled flight while navigating to its target, and ensuring compatibility with existing onboard systems, according to an April 20 Navy release. NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles! Team USA can breathe a sigh of relief, and they can thank Team Italy, the squad that put their World Baseball Classic hopes in limbo, after their win over Team Mexico on Tuesday night. With Italy’s 9-1 victory at Daikin Park, they have won Pool B with a perfect 4-0 record and earned a spot in the WBC quarterfinals. But Italy also ensured that Team USA’s run in the tournament continues despite handing the star-studded group a shocking 8-6 defeat on Monday night.  Team USA knew going into this game they would be big fans of Italy, one of the more surprising teams of the tournament thus far, but a thrill to watch. They have the fun espresso home run celebration, which has been used a ton including Tuesday night’s game, and a mixture of veterans and top prospects who have been giving their pool fits on the field. However, Vinnie Pasquantino, the team’s captain who stars for the Kansas City Royals, came into this contest without a single hit through three games. Luckily for Italy – and indirectly the U.S. – his first three hits of the tournament were difference makers. Pasquantino belted three solo…

KYIV, Ukraine — Ukraine warned allied governments for years to prepare for a new kind of war, one in which cheap, mass-produced drones would overwhelm both the tactics and economics of traditional air defense.“You don’t have time,” Andrii Hrytseniuk, the CEO of Brave1, recalled telling officials in recent years. “Shahed [drones] will come not only to Ukraine, but to other countries. You need to use your time not to stick to previous conventional warfare, but to work on the new era.”Brave1 was established in 2023 as Ukraine’s state-backed defense innovation hub, which funds, tests, and fast-tracks new military technology from hundreds of Ukrainian startups. Three years after Brave1’s formation, the Iran war has made Hrytseniuk’s warning prescient. In the first week alone, the U.S. and Israel struck more than 3,000 targets across Iran while Tehran fired over 500 ballistic missiles and nearly 2,000 drones at U.S. bases and Israeli cities across 12 countries, burning through over 800 Patriot interceptor missiles in three days — more than Ukraine received from allies throughout four years of war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pointed out on Thursday.“And we are not slowing down,” U.S. Central Command posted on X the next day.The conflict has since…

The California State University (CSU) system’s board of trustees meeting Tuesday was shaken by a stampede of emotional residents and alumni reacting to a decision to sue the federal government. CSU and San Jose State University announced Friday they are filing the lawsuit to challenge the U.S. Department of Education’s recent findings that SJSU violated Title IX in its handling of a transgender volleyball player from 2022-24.Tuesday’s meeting turned into a war of words. Many speakers ignored instructions to address the board and instead addressed other speakers in the crowd. One woman, a CSU employee, said she showed up with the intention of discussing budget cuts but abandoned that plan to address “transphobia” by other speakers once she heard what they said.”The fact that I have to get up here and have to say that trans women are women and that’s what I have to use my time to do is absurd. Shame on you. Shame on all of you,” she said. The female employee then took aim at the “save women’s sports” speakers who spoke from the perspective of lesbian women. “And shame on you for using lesbian politics as a front for your transphobia…

South Korea’s president said this week that some U.S. air defense systems stationed on the Korean peninsula could be deployed overseas as the United States’ war with Iran intensifies, a move that highlights how the ongoing conflict could force Washington to shift scarce missile defense assets across regions. President Lee Jae Myung said during a cabinet meeting that U.S forces may dispatch some air defense systems abroad, depending on how the Middle East conflict unfolds, despite opposition voiced by Seoul. Lee acknowledged that it cannot bar the U.S. from relocating its own assets, but said that the country’s own defenses were sufficient for deterrence against North Korea. RELATEDThe Washington Post on Monday reported that the U.S. Army was moving parts of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, THAAD, system from South Korea to the Middle East and local news in Korea reported the departure of military transport aircraft to and from the region. The Pentagon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.THAAD, manufactured by Lockheed Martin, is designed to intercept short-, medium- and intermediate-range ballistic missiles. As the Ukraine war has shown, drones equipped with thermal sensors have made the battlefield so hazardous that the best defense is not to be spotted at all. Thus, the U.S. Marine Corps is looking for camouflage cloaks that shield wearers from prying eyes and infrared cameras, according to a Marine Corps Systems Command Sources Sought notice. The Multispectral Camouflage Overgarment, or MCO, “is intended to provide individual signature management for Marines by mitigating detection across the visual (VIS), near infrared (NIR), and short-wave infrared (SWIR) spectrums as well as suppress thermal signatures in the mid-wave infrared (MWIR) and long wave infrared (LWIR) to reduce the likelihood of detection by thermal sensors,” the notice notes. The deadline is April 22.The Marines want 13,000 cloaks by 2027, and 61,000 by 2030. “MCO will serve as the individual signature management solution for all Marines in training and on deployment,” according to the notice. “The system is not intended for routine garrison wear.”The notice includes a table that lists various nondetection thresholds depending on the wearer’s distance from the sensor, the type of sensor and whether the sensor is on the ground or in the air. For example, the cloak should preclude daytime visual…
