A New York Yankees fan learned a very valuable lesson about reach advantage on Monday night during a fight in the stands at Globe Life Field: Never give up the high ground to your opponent.Emotions boiled over in the center field seats during the first of a three-game set in Arlington. On the field, the Yankees raced out to a 4-0 lead and held on for a 4-2 win. Off the field, the Yankees took a big loss when one of their pinstripe-wearing knuckleheads decided it was a smart decision to run his mouth at a couple of good old boy Rangers fans who held the reach advantage. CLICK HERE FOR MORE OUTKICK SPORTS COVERAGEWatch what happens when a Yankees fan smacks a bottle out of Rangers fan’s hands:A major debate has broken out on Twitter over whether that was a sucker punch that instigated the melee. “Anyone about to fight needs to announce they’re going to punch the other person. Otherwise, it’s a sucker punch,” one fan fight analyst wrote. However, there are those who say if you’re going to take a swing at someone, even if you hit a bottle out of their hands, it’s game on. “Don’t knock…

A U.S. Navy fighter jet shot down an Iranian drone that was approaching the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln in the Arabian Sea, U.S. Central Command said Tuesday, threatening to ramp up tensions as the Trump administration warns of possible military action to get Iran to the negotiating table. The drone “aggressively approached” the aircraft carrier with “unclear intent” and “continued to fly toward the ship despite de-escalatory measures taken by U.S. forces operating in international waters,” Central Command spokesman Capt. Tim Hawkins said in a statement Tuesday. The shootdown occurred within hours of Iranian forces harassing a U.S.-flagged and U.S.-crewed merchant vessel that was sailing in the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. military said. The Shahed-139 drone was shot down by an F-35C fighter jet from the Lincoln, which, according to Hawkins, was sailing about 500 miles from Iran’s southern coast. The military’s statement noted that no American troops were harmed and no U.S. equipment was damaged. Then, hours later, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces harassed the merchant vessel Stena Imperative, the military said.According to Hawkins’ statement, two boats and an Iranian Mohajer drone approached the ship “at high speeds and threatened to board and seize the tanker.”The destroyer USS McFaul responded…

United States President Donald Trump has denied being friends with Jeffrey Epstein, saying that, unlike the “crooked democrats,” he never went to the late financier’s island. Trump has also accused the late convicted sex offender of plotting against him. Last week, the US Department of Justice released the final batch of over 3 million pages, 2,000 videos, and 180,000 images under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, legislation signed by Trump in November. The law has compelled the agency to publish data tied to federal criminal investigations into Epstein’s dealings. Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform on Monday that “not only wasn’t I friendly with Jeffrey Epstein but, based upon information that has just been released by the Department of Justice, Epstein and a SLEAZEBAG lying ‘author’ named Michael Wolff, conspired in order to damage me and/or my Presidency.” “Unlike so many people that like to ‘talk’ trash, I never went to the infested Epstein island, but almost all of these Crooked Democrats, and their Donors, did,” he insisted. Trump has vowed to sue Wolff, a U.S. journalist who was behind the 2018 unauthorized autobiography ‘Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House’. For his part, Wolff posted an Instagram message…

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles! Roughly 15,000 Haitians living in Springfield, Ohio, were on the verge of being deported Tuesday as their Temporary Protective Status (TPS) was set to expire. A federal judge has now temporarily blocked the expiration, setting up a legal showdown with the Trump administration and thrusting the small city — which became the epicenter of the immigration debate during the Biden administration — once again into the national spotlight. The Department of Homeland Security officially terminated Haiti’s TPS designation earlier this year, meaning protections extended and expanded by the Biden administration in 2024 allowing hundreds of thousands of Haitians to live and work legally in the U.S. was set to end at 11:59 p.m. Feb. 3 unless they secure another lawful status. On Monday night, U.S. District Judge Ana C. A team of maritime and naval conservation organizations are on a mission to save the last viable U.S. Navy Douglas TBD-1 Devastator torpedo bomber.“Of the 129 TBD-1 aircraft built for the service, none have been preserved in museums or private collections; all known examples rest on the ocean floor,” the Naval History and Heritage Command said in a press release.During World War II and postwar, the Navy cared too little to keep or retrieve one. Together, the Air/Sea Heritage Foundation, Texas A&M University’s Center for Maritime Archaeology and Conservation and Naval History and Heritage Command, among others, are hoping to change that. The consortium is working to recover Bureau Number 1515, a Devastator that has remained in the waters off Jaluit Atoll in the Marshall Islands for more than 80 years. The three-seat, all-metal monoplane with hydraulic folding wings and semiretractable landing gear brought the monoplane era to U.S. carrier aviation. The Devastator, according to historian Barrett Tillman, “was a generational jump for naval aviation, and squadrons often struggled to master ‘all these new gadgets’ that were previously unknown.”Retractable wheels and power-folding wings, in particular, gave the Devastator a foreboding nickname in the fleet — “suicide coffins.”Devastators of Torpedo Squadron…

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles! President Donald Trump said Monday that he is seeking $1 billion in damages from Harvard University.Harvard has been a main target of the Trump administration’s attempt to leverage federal funding in order to crack down on antisemitism and “woke” ideology. The New York Times published a Monday report headlined, “Trump Is Said to Have Dropped Demand for Cash From Harvard,” that suggested the president was no longer seeking a $200 million payment to the government. Trump took to social media, blasting the Times and saying he now wants the prestigious university to shell out even more cash. “Strongly Antisemitic Harvard University has been feeding a lot of ‘nonsense’ to The Failing New York Times. Harvard has been, for a long time, behaving very badly! They wanted to do a convoluted job training concept, but it was turned down in that it was wholly inadequate and would not have been, in our opinion, successful. It was merely a way of Harvard getting out of a large cash settlement of more than 500 Million Dollars, a number that should be much higher for the serious and heinous illegalities that they have committed. “Missed Peleliu because of that damn thing.” The old 1st Marine Division veteran massaged a spot on his upper chest and grimaced. “Told us we could fire that mortar from the prone and get direct fire into Jap bunkers. I was one of the first to give it a whirl. Broke my collarbone.” The T-20 Garrett shoulder-fired mortar was developed to meet a specific need. It worked, but at a cost. Image: U.S. Bureau of Ordnance He was talking about his experience with the Garrett 60mm shoulder-fired mortar, an innovative Allied response to tenacious Japanese defensive fortifications in the Pacific, that proved almost as damaging to friends as foe. “That thing kicked harder than a Missouri mule.” The Garrett shoulder-fired mortar was designed to be carried by a Marine in combat. Image: U.S. Bureau of Ordnance The old vet remembered firing the innovative weapon in early the Fall of 1944 on Pavuvu in the Russell Islands, where his division had been sent to rest following combat on Cape Gloucester. “Guess I ought to be grateful, but it was hard to sit out the Peleliu scrap. And from what I heard, that shoulder-fired mortar was useless anyway.” Shoulder-Fired Mortar — An Unsound Idea? A…

NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) has made moves to establish a war bank, as tensions with Russia rise. The Bank of Defense, Security, and Sustainability (DSRB) would allow NATO members to pool funds. In doing so, NATO would be circumventing domestic fiscal constraints and voter opposition by classifying contributions as mandatory defense spending. It aims to enforce NATO’s new 5% GDP military spending target by 2035, overriding national budget debates. Accoridng to a report by Natural News, this new idea is backed by JPMorgan Chase, ING, and Goldman Sachs. The new bank plans to issue bonds by late 2026. Private investors will be incentivized to fund NATO’s militarization and war mongering, all while deepening Wall Street’s role in warfare. Russia has long assumed that NATO has always been using Ukraine as a proxy and has been preparing to go to war. It appears that Moscow’s assessment was correct. Russia Thinks NATO Is Preparing For WAR With Russia Proposed CEO Rob Murray (ex-NATO innovation director) and Goldman Sachs veteran Matthew Westerman signal the United Kingdom’s hardline stance. Despite Britain’s 95% debt-to-GDP (gross domestic product) ratio, elites push for a war footing, though some admit NATO lacks readiness. The launch of the…
